Owned SOTI MDM as an end-to-end service, acting as the primary point of accountability for device enrollment, compliance, recovery, and lifecycle management across 30+ retail sites, ensuring platform stability and SLA adherence. Led Agile execution ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, coordinating delivery across Engineering, Security, Service Desk, and Retail Operations teams. Managed cross-functional dependencies and delivery timelines, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and capacity constraints, and driving mitigation plans to maintain service continuity and release commitments. Drove operational metrics and execution transparency by building and owning dashboards tracking SLAs, MTTR, incident trends, compliance health, and adoption metrics to inform sprint outcomes and leadership updates. Owned incident and escalation management for site-impacting outages and fleet-level issues, leading war rooms, coordinating vendors, and ensuring root cause analysis and preventive actions were documented and executed. Delivered continuous service improvements by standardizing SOPs, automating repetitive workflows, and implementing data-driven optimizations that reduced downtime, improved first-time resolution, and strengthened compliance posture.
